The present invention relates to a charging apparatus with a superior charging ability using an insulating-bonding patterned sheet to make a charge- and discharge-able battery cell, and more particularly, to a structure of an insulating-bonding patterned sheet used in the charging apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same.
2. Description of the Related Art
An airtight chargeable battery, also called an electrochemical battery, is a battery that generates electric energy by a chemical reaction of a substance included therein (referred to as an active substance), for example, a lithium battery, which provides electric energy by combination of lithium and electrons, or a nickel hydride battery, which provides electric energy by combination of nickel and hydrogens.
The airtight chargeable battery has a characteristic in that a chargeable battery cell may be charged by being combined with a charger, so that the airtight chargeable battery may be continuously charged by an electric current supplied by the charger. Further, the chargeable battery cell may be discharged when electric energy is generated in the cell by the chemical reaction of the active substance included in the cell, thereby providing the chargeable battery with a superior charging ability.
A conventional airtight chargeable battery, such as a nickel hydride battery, includes a chargeable battery cell that is manufactured by a method in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator and the like are sequentially stacked on a case of the chargeable battery cell.
In more detail, a negative electrode of nickel plate is installed in the case of the chargeable battery cell, and the negative electrode includes a negative electrode collector, a negative electrode active material layer formed on the negative electrode collector and a negative electrode winding portion installed in the negative electrode collector.
A positive electrode is installed on the separator, and a positive electrode collector is installed on the positive electrode and includes a positive electrode active material layer formed on the positive electrode collector, and a positive electrode winding portion installed in the positive electrode collector.
A separator is installed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a separator winding portion is installed on the separator.

Robustness means that the system does not degrade when the operating system is upgraded.
In this case we want the system to be flexible so that it can accommodate operating system changes.
Robustness is also a key factor in the speed of the system.
The fingerprinting system should be as fast as the fingerprint process itself.
In our applications we need not only to be fast, but accurate.
For a website, it means that the system should have excellent memory management.
For example, if the users enter personal information, we need to have the system store information in the database
only for as long as is necessary for the user to access the information.
Otherwise, the database system will be holding information that is not valid.
This will affect the speed of the system and therefore its accuracy.
How can we implement these features and advantages?
There are a few ways we can go about doing this.
One of the best solutions is to use an incremental database.
This does not use system resources once the fingerprinting data is already stored.
Another method we can use is to use a hash.
A hash is simply a fingerprint that can be used to quickly find the stored data.
But we need to be careful to not use a hash for everything.
In many cases, the data is completely different.
In that case, we can store a file in a hash and at the same time store a complete version of the file.
In the fingerprinting process, we want to know if the data is similar or not.
That is why we call the process is called fingerprinting.
To say that it is the same, we also call it as matching.
In the fingerprinting process, we keep track of the storage of data.
In this case, we use a storage called an index.
The index structure records the complete information about the stored data.
The storage uses a hash.
The hash is in fact a combination of multiple indexes
