Why do people ignore me?

Being ignored is very annoying, the most annoying thing is that you don’t know why. Because at least if you know why you’re going to change it, or you’re going to take it, because ignoring is painful and can cause you depression and emotional stress, with these questions, you’ll know exactly why others ignore you.

You Don’t listen to others well

Listening to others opens a wide door for you to be an acceptable person, when someone tells you something he expects you to be a good listener, give him enough time, and interact with him well.

You’re very demanding

You need to draw a lot of attention, and you want everything to be all around you, plus no one’s going to want to go out or go for a walk with someone who’s always in need of attention and help.

You have an excuse for everything

You don’t take responsibility for the mistakes you make, and you always find an excuse for everything.

You Lie a lot

You may think you’re a smart person, able to lie without others noticing, but as they say, the rope of lying is short, and probably everyone knows you remember, and no one wants to sit down with someone who doesn’t want to be honest.

A lot of criticism of others

There is a big difference between criticism for criticism. And constructive, well-founded criticism, to alter( the behavior, projects,….) a lot of criticism, it’s nothing but peevishness , and no one wants to sit down with someone who’s upsetting them about their life .

You’re not the reason, they’re

In some cases, it may not be you, and you don’t have to do anything wrong. People who ignore you feel jealous, bitter, and sore from your achievements, ignore them, and find who’s better than them.

You don’t see the bright side of life

You may think that with your negativity in all things, you’re a real person, but honestly, realism is a completely different thing from negativity and blackness in ideas, try to see the world with an optimistic view, especially in the youth phase. there’s still a lot to do.

You don’t respect your appointments

How would you feel if someone agreed with you on a certain date, and without any reason or prior warning, just disappears and doesn’t come, well the same applies with others, if you do not respect your appointments, if you promise someone you have to keep the promise or everyone will stop inviting you.

You’re a selfish person

If you prefer yourself to others, the day will come when you won’t find anyone to bargain for.

Your actions are rude and arrogant

No one will always want to defend you when you start fighting just because your actions are rude, or you don’t respect others, so that way you don’t look strong and bold. But it’s like a rude and sly look.

You don’t express how you feel

Others can ignore you because they don’t understand you and so it might give them a sense of uneasiness or lack of confidence, try to make strong bonds with others, be honest and sincere in your relationship, so it would be ignoring without meaning, because everyone is looking for an honest person to be a strong friendship relationship.

What do you do when someone just doesn’t like you? I mean really, really not like you. And you know it. And what if that person, or those people, have made an open show of that dislike, without apology. What would you do? Davis is no stranger to this experience and has chosen a unique, and often viewed controversial, approach to such ponderings. He uses his boogie woogie piano to open doors to conversations that few would venture to start. Daryl endeavors to improve race relations and does not shy away from “reaching across the aisle” to members of the KKK. Daryl Davis is an American R&B and Blues musician, author, actor and bandleader, known for his energetic style of Boogie Woogie piano. Davis has played with such musicians as Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, B.B. King, Bruce Hornsby, and Bill Clinton. His efforts to improve race relations, in which as an African-American he engaged with members of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), have been reported on by media such as CNN, Newsweek Magazine, and the Washington Post. Davis summed up his advice as: “Establish dialogue. When two enemies are talking, they’re not fighting.” Daryl received rave reviews for his stage roles in William Saroyan’s The Time Of Your Life with a famed cast of Marcia Gay Harden, Brigid Cleary, Richard Bauer, Dion Anderson, and Henry Strozier. Davis was a key player in Elvis Mania which was extended by two months due to popular demand in New York City at an off-Broadway theatre. He appeared in two episodes of the critically acclaimed HBO series, The Wire. Davis is the author of the nonfiction book Klan-Destine Relationshipsand he is the subject of the documentary Accidental Courtesy. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
